Teleopti app now available for Talkdesk customers in AppConnect
Talkdesk customers can now add Teleopti’s Workforce Management technology to their contact center through AppConnect, the first enterprise app store.
Teleopti is proud to announce its availability to all Talkdesk customers on AppConnect, the first enterprise app store. Talkdesk customers can now integrate Teleopti’s Workforce Management (WFM) technology into their contact center stack with just one click. Like all AppConnect solutions, Teleopti WFM will initially be available as a free trial with a pay-as-you-go system in place after the trial.

Through AppConnect Teleopti will offer a 30-day free trial of its WFM Forecasts, a web-based and user-friendly solution. An important productivity tool for contact centers, Teleopti Forecasts is natively integrated with Talkdesk and delivers one-click forecasting with a detailed graphical display. Users will be able to export forecasts to an Excel spreadsheet on both a daily and interval level. After the 30-day trial period customers will have the option to purchase the full Teleopti Workforce Management application.
