Our sister company Teleopti TEM is changing its name to ProOpti

Teleopti TEM AB, the sister company to Teleopti WFM, has some exciting news to announce – it has changed name to ProOpti Sweden AB.

The report closely examines eight contending vendors, exploring the capabilities of their WFM suites. In addition to DMG’s review of vendors and the WFM landscape for 2017, the analyst firm conducted a detailed vendor satisfaction survey. In this survey, Teleopti received the highest score in eight out of ten evaluation categories, including overall vendor satisfaction. The WFM provider was also awarded top points from customers for ongoing service and support, product innovation, implementation, vendor communication and training.

Its offering today includes so much more than purely telephony. The current solution, Pro 8, provides reports and analyses of companies’ costs, quality and usage for all IT solutions and UC investments. The company’s customers are now facing an increased need for digitalization, which calls for broader possibilities within its solution. Therefore, as the company continues to update its offering, it seems like a natural step to also update the name to ProOpti.

The ‘Pro’ in its new name stands for proactivity and professionalism and ties to the product Pro 8. ‘Opti’ remains as a reminder of the company’s 25-year heritage and place in the Teleopti Group. Equally, its business purpose is to continue to help customers to reach full ‘opti’-mization.

ProOpti will also launch its new website in September.
