Teleopti Receives Promising Rating in Leading Analyst Firms Telecom Expense Management MarketScope Report

Teleopti announces that it has received a “Promising” rating in Gartner’s “MarketScope for Telecom Expense Management."¹ According to the Gartner report, “Expenses related to telecommunications and business networks continue to be a key area for cost optimisation. Businesses of all sizes can benefit from using telecom expense management (TEM) applications.“


Furthermore the Gartner report describes the trends in the European TEM market, “Managing these expenses within companies across multiple geographic regions as a result of past expansion and growth in the use of applications is more complex and expensive. In addition, managing mobile expenses is seen as a huge problem for enterprises in Europe because of the management of multiple contracts from multiple service providers across multiple geographic regions. Enterprises are now seeking a more holistic approach to managing telecom expenses, and awareness of TEM is increasing, providing an opportunity for TEM in Europe, especially in today's economic climate in which cost control and process optimisation are strategic imperatives for almost all enterprises and will continue to be high priorities for C-level executives through 2009.”
