Teleopti WFM Solution Now Rated Avaya Compliant

The award-winning workforce management solution Teleopti WFM version 6.6 is compatible with key Avaya IQ version 4.0 solutions

DANDERYD, Sweden — Teleopti, a leading provider of workforce management and telecom management solutions, today announced that its award-winning workforce management solution, Teleopti WFM version 6.6 is compliant with key Avaya IQ version 4.0 contact center solutions from Avaya, a leading global provider of business communications applications, systems and services.

Teleopti WFM helps businesses manage, involve and improve all aspects of workforce management in today’s contact centres. Teleopti WFM version 6.6 is now compliance-tested by Avaya for compatibility with Avaya IQ version 4.0.

As a Gold member of the program, Teleopti is eligible to submit products for compatibility testing by the Avaya Solution Interoperability and Test Lab in Lincroft, N.J. There a team of Avaya engineers develops a comprehensive test plan for each application to verify whether it is Avaya compliant. Doing so ensures businesses can confidently add best-in-class capabilities to their network without having to replace their existing infrastructure—speeding deployment of new applications and reducing both network complexity and implementation costs.
