Teleopti and Visiant Galyleo in partnership to further improve European Workforce Management

Teleopti today announced that they will strengthen their presence in Italy by expanding its channel partner agreement with Visiant Galyleo, an Italian system integrator that provides  innovative Enterprise Service and  Customer&Service Management solutions. In addition the company offers Business Consultancy to support clients to successfully manage corporate processes such as IT Security or Regulatory Compliances.

 

The purpose of the partnership is to comply with the demand for complex contact centre solutions and strengthen the need for a flexible workforce management solution to handle the resource planning of those contact centres.

 

Visiant Galyleo will resell, implement and support Teleopti’s solution Teleopti WFM to further improve the workforce management operations in the end customer contact centre.
