Middle East CC Awards 2015 - Warm congratulations from Teleopti

We would like to congratulate our customers for the well-deserved awards received during the Middle East Call Centre Awards 2015, an award ceremony hosted by Insights to recognize and award the most performing contact centers in the region.

As per this year’s edition of the awards, we have seen tributes go to not just one but more than five Teleopti customers in the Middle East region. It is with great pride that we would like to congratulate them.

First off, we would like to congratulate ADDC for a double win. Awarded both best medium call center, and best technology platform, ADDC broke new ground this year by taking performance to a whole new level. We would also like to congratulate Viva Kuwait for the best medium help desk efficiency carrying out an outstanding support to their customers. The best Service Assurance Program award went to Oreedo Oman, in recognition of their efforts to balance customer satisfaction and organizational strategy.

Roshan have received the Best Rewards & Incentives Program, for integrating motivational strategies into their programs, and realizing measurable outcomes. Ooredoo Kuwait is awarded Best Facilities contact center for always using the latest technologies to stay ahead, and to win such an award reveals a well guided future vision.

Last, but not least, we present our warm congratulations to Gamar Moamenah, Mobily, for being among the best contact center managers in 2015.

The customers listed above have shown a great sense of initiative, and improvement, which means that they are steadily moving forward into gaining and maintaining an edge within the industry.
