Liaoning Mobile and Chongqing Mobile Customer Service – New WFM Projects for Huawei and Teleopti

Liaoning Mobile and Chongqing Mobile, subsidiaries of China Mobile Group, recently signed orders with Huawei and Teleopti for a workforce management (WFM) solution.

Teleopti will be responsible for the WFM solution and implementation, and Huawei will be in charge of the platform interface. The total project scope will cover several thousand seats.

Both customers want to improve the SLA, optimizese the schedules and raise their customer service agent’s satisfaction regarding shift balance and fairness. Teleopti and Huawei were chosen as suppliers for these projects for the mature and reliable solution, consistent high project successful rate, strong local consultancy experience and the professional service desk team.
