China Customs customer service invests in Teleopti’s WFM solution

China Customs has signed an agreement with Teleopti and VoiceCodes for Teleopti’s workforce management (WFM) solution, Teleopti WFM.

Teleopti and Voice Codes will together be responsible for the WFM project and the implementation. The project will start in the Beijing site, where the call centre already is centralised and unified on the Huawei IPCC platform, and then continue to the provinces from 2014 and onwards. The total project scope will be around 1000 seats and support both phone skill and future online service.
