Teleopti Won Shenzhen Airline Customer Service Project

Beijing, February 7, 2013: Teleopti has, together with Voice Codes and Yucheng Technology, won the Shenzhen Airline customer service project. By an integrated WFO application of the best modules, Shenzhen Airline expects to improve the entire operation efficiency. Teleopti was chosen as the top WFM vendor in a bidding that was held last year to choose the best-fit modules from different vendors that would be integrated to the same system. Teleopti will start to implement the WFM project after the China Spring Festival in February. The total volume for this call centre is around 500 seats and it focuses on the airline customer service and ticket selling business.
