Teleopti and Huawei receive order from Heilongjiang Telecom

Beijing, China, 23 August, 2013: Teleopti, a global provider of Workforce Management (WFM) solutions for contact centres, has together with its partner Huawei Technologies, received yet another order from a branch corporation of China Telecom, Heilongjiang Telecom. Teleopti and Huawei will provide a multi-media customer service solution, which includes Teleopti’s workforce management software, Teleopti WFM. The solution will be used to manage both traditional phone calls and other multi-media customer interactions.

“At present, Teleopti’s workforce management solution is used in more than 10 contact centres in the China operators’ market. The solution helps our customers improve their service level and operational efficiency.
