High-Tech Company Lenovo MHD invests in Teleopti´s Workforce Management Solution

Lenovo MHD, a leading PC and mobile device company in China, has signed an order for Teleopti WFM via Teleopti’s partner Voice Codes for its Xiamen and Wuhan Call Centres. The Teleopti Workforce Management (WFM) solution will help Lenovo to handle inbound service, web-chat, and e-mails service more efficiently.

Teleopti will help Lenovo MHD to increase their productivity without increasing the number of agents, and to use their resources at the right time to reach the highest customer satisfaction.
