Silver Lining Solutions and Teleopti sign global reseller agreement

Silver Lining Solutions and Teleopti today announced that they have signed a global reseller agreement. Under the terms of the agreement, Teleopti is authorised to resell Silver Lining Solutions’ award winning training and coaching scheduling optimisation solution, Planner, in all its territories around the world.

Planner will enable Teleopti WFM clients to automatically plan, schedule and manage training plans and team meetings for even the largest workforces, saving time, money and precious resources. Planner helps develop skilled and knowledgeable agents quickly, easily and cost-effectively. Target service levels and agent, trainer and training room availability are blended to deliver optimal training schedules, seamlessly integrated with the schedules in Teleopti WFM. You can quickly and easily select which individuals or groups need to be trained, what training is required, how the training needs to be delivered, by whom and by when.

Over the past 15 years Teleopti has established itself as a leader in contact centre workforce management with accurate forecasting, advanced scheduling, reporting and powerful intraday management tools.
