Teleopti and Huawei won Heilongjiang Mobile Customer Service WFM Project

Beijing, December 20, 2012: Teleopti has together with Huawai won the Heilongjiang Mobile Customer Service Workforce Management project. The contract was signed in the beginning of December and makes Teleopti responsible for project implementation of the WFM solution.

According to Heilongjiang Mobile CS, their expectations are to improve the SLA, optimise the schedule and fairness to enable increased satisfaction amongst the agents. Teleopti was chosen as the WFM vendor for it’s high project successful rate, strong local consultancy team and localised testing and service desk in China. The project will cover more than 1000 seats in two sites.
