Alfa-Bank (Ukraine) wins Teleopti WFM Best Practice Award at the Teleopti Global Forum 2012

STOCKHOLM, May 25, 2012 —  During the Teleopti Global Forum 2012 the winner of this year’s Teleopti Best Practice Award was revealed – Alfa-Bank (Ukraine).

To the right: Jury member Tina Wahlroth, CEO of the Swedish Call Center Association who handed out the prize.The judges had a tough time deciding since all three nominated companies provided excellent summaries of how effectively they were deploying their Teleopti implementations and enjoying consequent business benefits.

...but there can only be one winner and this year both all who voted on the forum website and the jury decided that the Teleopti Best Practice Award goes to Alfa-Bank (Ukraine)!

The motivation from the jury was:
A significant improvement in all metrics, most importantly increased efficiency but also people being happier with the shifts provided, and the delivering for the customer. The winner has in a professional manner handled their challenges and achieved results in a very short time. The results are excellent proof of what one can achieve with the help of Teleopti WFM.
