Customer and Partner Satisfaction - main focus for Teleopti Iberia Channel Manager Jorge Martin

Jorge Martin joined Teleopti in October as Business Manager Iberia. He will be responsible for growing Teleopti’s business in the Iberian region.

Jorge joins Teleopti at a time where the company is growing strongly and has to shift into a higher gear to maintain its market-leading Customer and Partner satisfaction whilst expanding its global footprint in providing Workforce & Performance Management and Telecom Expense Management solutions.

Jorge Martin joined Avaya in 2001, working with the creation of the Avaya Maintenance Contract database. Three years later, he moved on to Touchbase, which was one of the principal players in the Spanish Contact Center market. Jorge developed new business in the first year, and after that he had the account management of SMB clients. Last year, Datapoint acquired the Avaya LoB of Touchbase, and at Datapoint Jorge had the role as Key Account Manager, supporting 6-7 of the largest company clients.

“As the Teleopti Iberia Channel Manager, I will create a stronger relationship with our strategic business partners.” says Jorge. “I want to further expand the Teleopti message in the Spanish Contact Center market. Further more Teleopti Iberia will also be the first support step for our Spanish business partners.”
