Norwegian Color Line invests in Teleopti WFM

Color Line has invested in Teleopti WFM as their new workforce management solution. The implementation project includes 270 agents and to further improve and simplify daily work they will, besides the Teleopti WFM Base module, also use the additional modules ASM – Agent Schedule Messenger, Shift Trader and Payroll integration. The project, which is delivered through our Norwegian partner Dolphin Software”(, is expected to be finalized by the end of the year.

Color Line are looking forward to, after the implementation of Teleopti WFM, attain a better customer service through an optimal resource planning. The main advantages are:

- Less time spent scheduling and forecasting .
