Peter is a serial entrepreneur who has built and run a series of 4 businesses in customer relationships, contact management, operations and programme management over the last 20 years, working with clients across all sectors.
He is a co-founder of Budd and describes their business model as “co-creation” with clients & their customers, with colleagues globally in LimeBridge.
He facilitates the 10 year old Chief Customer Officer Forum in the UK. Budd’s focus is implementing “The Best Service Is No Service” processes, now a book written by his former Amazon colleague
