Ben is a WFM consultant for Teleopti who has been working in the contact centre software industry for the last decade. Coming from a technical background, Ben’s first experience of WFM and Teleopti was working at a partner service desk eight years ago. Since then he has been involved with technical installations before moving into consulting and pre sales support with the same Teleopti partner. Ben joined Teleopti a year ago and has been involved in dozens of implementations of Teleopti WFM, with a background in Omni-channel routing platforms and other WFO software.
