Her main responsibilities in this role are; Effectiveness and excellence delivering of global Service Desk and Technical Consulting, Business Support Management and IT and Cloud Operation. Annica joined Teleopti in August 2014 and has over 17 years’ experience from Workforce Management, Customer Services and Sales, Business development and leadership . Before Annica joined Teleopti, she was Head of Customer Services at the Swedish postal Services and has been a customer to Teleopti.
