Online training
The instructor in your online training course for one or multiple users will employ the latest technology for remote group collaboration.
The instructor will be at Teleopti’s premises while you are at your workplace. By going to Teleopti’s web portal http://teleopti.webex.com while participating in a conference call, you can follow the instructor’s presentation on your computer screen. You will also be able to show the instructor and other participants the work you are doing in the system.
The online training allows us to save on travel and lodging expenses. The program works best when it consists of a series of short training sessions.

On-site training
We conduct on-site training at your workplace. The training will be adapted to and carried out in both your test and operating environment.
Teleopti’s instructors normally prepare for the training by maintaining direct contact with you and establishing a remote connection to your system installation. That way the instructor can acquire an understanding of your unique circumstances and use real-life examples during the training.

Classroom training
We conduct our classroom training for multiple users at Teleopti’s premises in Danderyd.
The training is conducted on computers provided by Teleopti in a specially constructed training environment. We will hand out written materials during the day. Lunch at an adjacent restaurant is included.
The training is designed so as to provide you with an overall understanding of the software’s functionality, as well as insight into the system’s entire range of applications. You will have the opportunity to meet other users of the system during the training. |
