Can you ever get enough training?
Teleopti offers a wide range of courses, addressed to different categories of users. Our trainers have solid experience in the business and the courses receive good ratings in the evaluations that are made continuously.
We offer scheduled training in English and in Swedish. Training can be carried out in our training facilities in Stockholm, on the premises of the customer or via online.
We cover both introductions to the problems one can encounter working with Workforce Management and basics in Teleopti CCC. For the more experienced users, we have training for different focus areas and also training related to new versions of Teleopti CCC.
