Teleopti Service Desk

The Teleopti CCC Service Desk Team is always happy to answer your call. We answer questions regarding installation, configuration, system patching and the application. We can also help you with some customization of the system, for example change of an existing report to fit your needs.

Once a month a new Teleopti CCC patch is ready to install, that will include the latest improvements of the system. This patch is released in the middle of every month. If you want to get information mail when it's released, just let us know at servicedesk@teleopti.com.

If you want us to install a patch, contact us so we can set date and time for this.

The Teleopti CCC Service Desk Team also offers Technical training for our Technical Partners and customers IT departments.
