Technical Installation
The technical installation includes all activities required for Teleopti CCC to work in your IT environment. The prerequisite is that your hardware meets our system specifications. If you need assistance in satisfying the specifications, we can provide extended technical installation.
Technical installation comprises the following steps:
- We will provide you with support in matters involving Teleopti CCC’s system requirements
- We will verify that capacity and communication requirements are met before we start to install the software
- Verification that the format of data from your CTI platform is compatible with the requirements of Teleopti CCC
- Technical installation of Teleopti CCC on your server
- Technical installation of Teleopti CCC’s log-in software on your server
- Support for any client software certification and procedures for client installations
We perform the technical installation on site, using a remote connection if you have a contact person on hand.

Support for installation of:
- MS SQL Server
- MS Internet Information Server
- Communication with your CTI platform
