Basic Configuration of Teleopti CCC
As part of the basic configuration, we work with you to design a Teleopti CCC solution that will get you started on workforce management. The proposed solution is then adapted to the system settings necessary for Teleopti CCC to serve as an efficient tool in your operations.
The basic configuration includes only that which can be affected by parameter settings in the software. If you are looking for special adaptations such as customized reports or integration with systems that are older than your CTI platform, we will provide you with an advanced configuration instead.
The basic configuration includes:
- Input of all your agents and their working time agreements
- Breakdown into suitable teams and working hours categories
- Initial tabulation of your forecasts
- Setting up log-in of your CTI platform
- Activation of alarms for log-in
- Basic set-up of user authorization
- Function and flow tests
In order to design the basic configuration, we must maintain close contact with the person whom you have chosen as your staffing planner. If there is a remote connection to your server, we can set your parameters without having to be on site. Parts of the configuration will be taken care of by your users as they go through the learning process required by Teleopti CCC.
Advanced Configuration of Teleopti CCC
If your operations require adaptations that go beyond Teleopti CCC’s standard functionality, you will need an advanced configuration. For instance, you may be looking for customized reports or the ability to export files to your payroll system. Teleopti has a number of readymade routines that enable us develop such adaptations quickly and efficiently. However, issues will inevitably come up that affect the way we need to configure your particular system.
We can configure your system either remotely or on site.
