MyTime
MyTime is the agent portal. Launched from Internet Explorer, it offers agents easy access to schedules, work time preferences, holiday requests, shift trades and self-evaluation performance reports.
Schedules and days off are displayed in a user-friendly calendar-style interface, and agents can view schedules of teammates when allowed. Change requests, shift trades or holiday requests are all performed with a single click, directly from the schedule portal, for maximum usability and increased empowerment of staff. For self-assessment purposes, MyReport is a powerful scorecard featuring the most common performance KPIs, all at the agent´s fingertips.
For agents working from home, or other users that need remote access to schedules, availability or preferences from outside the company network, Teleopti offers a streamlined light-version of the Agent Portal. This web-based schedule portal can be accessed from any PC, Mac or modern smartphone and it displays schedules in a simple and colourful interface.
