Is there such a thing as too much training?
Teleopti offers a wide range of training courses, designed for different types of users. Our trainers have extensive contact centre experience. All of our courses continually receive positive customer ratings. We offer scheduled training in English and in Swedish. We can host our trainings in our training facilities in Stockholm, at the customers’ location, via e-learning or online. Our trainings cover typical challenges customers face when working with Workforce Management, as well as basic functionality and administration of Teleopti CCC. For the more experienced users, we also offer deeper-level training for different focus areas and for new versions of Teleopti CCC.
