Having streamlined processes between workforce management and human resources leads to great increases in efficiency and savings on costly administration. Teleopti CCC provides connectors to the most common HR solutions (and some uncommon ones as well) for automatic synchronisation of basic employee data and automatization of payroll process. Vacation and absence allowances, as well as worked time per employee are synched between Teleopti CCC and the HR system, and a payroll file is created that virtually eliminates all manual work and errors in the payroll process.

Another important input to the HR department are staffing budgets, which give an accurate hiring need based on the forecasted workload, attrition and shrinkage that is to be expected in the contact centre. Based on the staffing budget provided by Teleopti CCC, the HR department can create their own hiring and training plans.
