For agents working from home, or other users that need remote access to schedules, availability or preferences from outside the company network, Teleopti offers a streamlined light-version of the Agent Portal. This web-based schedule portal can be accessed from any PC, Mac or modern smartphone and it displays schedules in a simple and colourful interface.
