How to register, download and install

Registration

When registering for a free download of Teleopti CCC Forecasts, you will be asked to submit your contact details as well as some general information about your contact centre operations.  We ask this information only to best serve your needs.
Your registration will be processed within 24 hours (Monday-Friday), at which time you will receive an email with instructions for accessing the Teleopti CCC Forecasts user web.

Download and installation details

  • Downloads:  Teleopti CCC Forecasts; Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Express Edition;
    .NET Framework 3.5 Service pack 1 
  • Download Size:  Approximately 80 MB
  • Estimated Download Time:  A few minutes for download and approximately 30 minutes for installation

  • Supported Operating Systems:  Windows XP SP3; Windows Vista; Windows 7 
  • Processor:  1,5 GHz (Minimum); 2,4 GHz (Recommended)
  • RAM:  1 GB (Minimum); 2 GB (Recommended)
  • Hard Drive:  Up to 200 MB of available space may be required
  • Display:  1024 x 768 (Minimum); 1280 x 1024 (Recommended)

Instructions

  1. Register for a free download of Teleopti CCC Forecasts.
  2. When you have received an email that grants you permission to download the product, visit the Home page of this website to log on to the Teleopti CCC Forecasts user web.
  3. Click the Download button on the user web of Teleopti CCC Forecasts to start the download.
  4. Follow the instructions in the download and installation guides.
