The Performance Manger module is a tool that makes it possible for the user to analyse large amounts of data and easily create reports by your own design. Quickly you get a follow-up with the possibility to instantly turn the organization’s goal and powerful basic data for decision-making. You can see where the organization needs prioritised training initiatives or the development of new technical solutions that will help you become more efficient.
If you would like to continue working with the data, then simply export it to Excel and work in an environment you are used to. With simple drag-and-drop technique you can slice and dice your data, e.g. statistics about costs, availability and response quality, anyway you want. If you e-mail the Excel-report to a colleague you can choose to still have the connection to Teleopti Pro – then the Excel-report automatically will be updated with new data. This means that your colleagues will not have to log in to Teleopti Pro, but instead work in Excel to take part of the information regarding telephony costs and response quality.
Performance Manager is much more than “a simple add-on”. It is more like an entire concept for operational reporting. In all cases, you decide what is displayed and from which period of time. You can adapt the reports due to different departments needs. By designing your own reports in Performance Manager you avoid to order customized reports from Teleopti that later on will contribute to extra costs when upgrading Teleopti Pro.
