IT Service Manager - Call Accounting, Inventory Management and Asset Management

Call Accounting in the module "IT Service Manager", makes sure that costs for calls and services are allocated to customer accounts and on other account levels. Costs for various types of telecom traffic including SMS, MMS and other services are linked to employees and departments.

The automated call accounting gives you less administrative hassle and liberate a lot of time.

IT Service Manager also contains registers for all items, price lists and networks. All activities and traffic in the PBXs, IP networks and directory systems are logged. Bills from operators are imported directly and traffic data is retrieved from all relevant operators.

In addition to the information on the web, scheduled and adapted reports are provided. Trends can be made for traffic volumes and for costs during selectable time periods as well as reports for traffic costs per PBX, person or group. The control reports will find ‘bad news’, e.g. lack of services or double services for an object. Clickable and top-down reports In addition to a survey of all costs, details are displayed by a mouse click. Debiting can be made per department or per object. The information can easily be exported to accounting systems, Excel, Word and PDF.
