Technical Installation

The technical installation includes all activities required for Teleopti to work in your IT environment. The prerequisite is that your hardware meet our system specifications. If you need assistance in satisfying the specifications, we can provide extended technical installation.

Technique installation comprises the following steps:

• We will provide you with support in matters involving Teleopti’s system requirements.
• We will verify that the capacity and communication requirements are met before we start to
• install the software.
• We will verify that the format of data from your switchboards is compatible with the requirements of Teleopti.
• We will install Teleopti on your server.
• We will perform technical installation of the Teleopti login software on your server
  We perform the technical installation on site, or through a remote connection if you have a contact person on hand.
