Basic Configuration
During the basic configuration, we collaborate with you to design the solution that will serve as the springboard for your telecom administration with Teleopti BTC. The proposed solution is then adapted to the system settings necessary for Teleopti to serve as an efficient tool in your operations.
The basic configuration includes only that which can be affected by parameter settings in the software. If you are looking for special adaptations such as customized reports or integration with systems other than PBXs or interception systems, we will provide you with an advanced configuration instead.
The basic configuration includes:
- Inputting of all extensions and other information into Teleopti’s database
- Initial breakdown of extensions into billing groups
- Initial assignment of services to the appropriate extensions or billing groups
- Initial breakdown of types of calls into traffic categories
- Initial preparation of price lists for traffic and services
- Preparation of login supervision
- Preparation of links to interception systems for breaking down extensions and other information (Ericsson direct numerical control (DNC), etc.).
- Preparation of user permissions and the input of users from an electronic list
If there is a remote connection to your server, we can set your parameters without having to be on site. Your users will take care of certain parts of the configuration as they go through the learning process required by Teleopti.
