Advanced Configuration

We will perform an advanced configuration if Teleopti’s software must be adapted to handle your functionality requests or integration with your business systems. Such a configuration may include:

• Integration with the main database in order to categorize extensions and other information
• Development of export file formats for your reporting system
• Setting up login of switchboards in a multi-site environment

If you have a contact person on site and remote connection software can be used, we will be able to perform the advanced configuration from our offices.
