Teleopti Pro can be easily integrated with other systems, helping to minimise manual administration. Data can be retrieved directly from the absence/presence system, from the accounting system and from different types of directories. Statistics from PBXs, IP systems and mobile service providers are also imported automatically. For charge back (internal billing) data is exported directly to the ERP system.
