Teleopti Pro integrates with MMK Issue Management System

Teleopti and Vendel Data announce that they have begun cooperation on integrating Teleopti Pro with Vendel Datas issue management system MMK. Due to this cooperation Teleopti now can offer Teleopti Pro customers an integrated solution with a professional issue management system to provide simpler and more efficient telephony management. Teleopti Pro provides relevant information for a particular issue, such as object, organisation, billing group, attributes etc. If a particular issue is to be billed, information about the issue is read into Teleopti Pro and can be managed normally as a service.


”We consider the cooperation with Teleopti as a strategic move. Historically, we have been and still are one of the most respected providers of issue management for other areas of service, such as for example IT-support on the Swedish market,” says Henrik Resare, Sales Manager at Vendel Data. ”With Teleopti we will now come into contact with support departments where we formerly have been relatively unknown. Teleopti's long and broad competence within this field will also help us ensure the quality of our common solutions, which gives us a sense of safety, as this is a relatively new market for us.”
