Teleopti will help you with implementation services that take care of installation in your IT environment, configuration of the system and training of your users to quickly take advantage of your new tool.

Teleopti distinguishes between standard implementation for new users and upgrade implementation for those who are familiar with previous versions of Teleopti CCC.

Standard implementation
Standard implementation takes care of installing Teleopti CCC as a workforce management tool. To ensure that all activities occur in the proper sequence and with the involvement of the right employees, our project managers use our TEMP project methodology.

Upgrade implementation
Upgrade implementation is required when you want to migrate your workforce management system from version 4 to version 5 of Teleopti CCC. Since much of the implementation has already been accomplished, the process can be completed in a rapid and highly focused manner.
