in your IT environment, configuration of the system, and training of your users to rapidly take advantage of
your new tool.

Teleopti makes a distinction between standard implementation for new users and upgrade implementation
for those who are familiar with previous versions of Teleopti Pro.

Standard implementation

Standard implementation handles the installation of Teleopti Pro as a telecom administration tool. To ensure that all activities occur in the proper order and with the involvement of the right employees, our project managers use the TEMP project methodology.
