Entry has been specially customised in Teleopti Pro to suit companies that have a traditional organisational
structure and a limited number of extensions. If it is in your best interests to monitor your fixed telephony and
you have one PBX, then Entry is the solution for you. We have placed a series of excellent functions in the Entry
suite that will enable you to easily monitor costs and quality.
Seize control of costs and quality
You get a regular, current and correct picture of your tele-consumption, response quality and an overview showing
all your equipment. This enables large savings, better quality and less administration. Following up telephonists’ response quality and displaying the results to all parties involved provides improved knowledge and therefore
better response quality.
