CCT is an IT and telecommunications services provider with more than ten years’ experience of creating and maintaining sophisticated communications environments.

Our aim is to enable commercial and public sector organisations to engage more effectively with their customers to increase satisfaction and profitability at lower cost.

CCT provides strategic advice linked to clients’ business objectives, technical solution design, technical knowledge transfer, implementation and support services.

We support some 700 sites for more than 350 clients, 75% of whom use CCT to help manage sophisticated contact centre technology. We are proud to boast a client retention rate of more than 98%.


CCT provide the full range of integrated customer contact technologies including Teleopti’s CCC workforce management solution.

We offer our clients full national support, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Outside the UK, we work with other partners to deliver a seamless service.

Every implementation is overseen by experienced Prince II and/or APM accredited project managers to ensure our clients’ objectives are met.

Within field engineering, CCT has more specialist engineers than any other customer contact technology service provider in the UK.

With annual revenues over £20m and growing at 25% a year, CCT employs over 130 people located throughout the UK. Rapid growth since our foundation in 1997 has seen us become a feature of the Deloitte Technology Fast 50.
