Channel Manager Spain & Portugal

 

We are looking for a new colleague who wants to represent Teleopti in Spain and Portugal. You will be responsible for the sales budget and for the business activities in these countries such as establishing a marketing- and business plan, selling our solutions to existing and potential customers together with our business partners. A successful Channel Manager at Teleopti will work closely together with our local business partners and also provide a Direct Touch in all phases of the sales process, including own prospecting and customer meetings.
 
At Teleopti you will work in an open environment and with committed colleagues. We want you to be motivated by working result oriented and to have a large responsibility. It is also essential that you can make your own decisions. You need to be aware of the fact that your success as a sales executive is solely dependent on your own motivation and driving force.
 
We would prefer that you have sales experience from the Call Centre business, especially workforce management applications. You should have experience of the Contact Centre business or that you have worked with a WFM-system. You should have at least 5-6  years working experience and be able to communicate fluently in Spanish, English and preferably another language (both written and spoken). Knowledge of Swedish is good but not a requirement.  The first 2-3 months you will spend a lot of time at the Teleopti headquarters in Stockholm. While stationed in a local office, you will visit Stockholm a few days per month.
