  On December 1st 60 Call center and HR Managers meet in Kiev, Ukraine, for a round-table discussion regarding legal perspectives of working and scheduling Call center agents. 
 



The day was arranged by Ukrainian Contact Center Association in cooperation with Teleopti. Teleopti was the General sponsor of the event.



The main topics discussed were outsourcing agent staff in Call centers, agents motivation, how to follow local law requirements in scheduling and resolve conflicts with CC agents.
